This page explains what happens to your data when you join the 26 Moments waitlist. Short version: we only ask for your email, we only use it to tell you about 26 Moments, and you can leave anytime.

What we collect and why

• Your email address, when you join the waitlist — to send you launch news, early access and occasional sneak peeks.
• The legal basis is your consent. We ask you to confirm your email (double opt-in) before we send anything else.

Who processes it

Our email list is managed by Kit (kit.com), based in the United States. Your email is stored on their servers and may be transferred outside the EU under appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (like IP addresses) for security. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hello@26moments.com. If you're in the EU, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
